has any body ever replaced the butter in their recipes for copha, try it it is YUMMY.
It is amazing the difference in flavour.
what about cleaning with vinegar, I love it,
it cleans every thing and any thing, from every thing in the house, right down to the car.
****Here is a few copha recipes.****
CHOCOLATE CRACKLES:
4 cups rice bubbles (Rice Crispies)
1 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 cups rice bubbles (Rice Crispies) 1 1/2 cups sifted icing sugar 1 cup desiccated coconut 3 tablespoons cocoa 250 g Copha 24 patty cake paper cups
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together in a bowl, pour melted copha in and mix well.
Put in patty cups and refrigerated until chilled.

JUMBLES:
4oz (1\2 cup) sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
6oz 1 &1/2 SR flour
1/2 tsp salt
3oz copha
place in basin sugar, egg, vanilla and 1/2 flour and salt
melt copha over gentle heat,
should be warm NOT hot (test with fingertip)
pour copha onto dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes,
add remaining flour and mix well.
shape into small balls and roll in sugar.
bake on greased trays in a moderate oven
12 - 15 minutes.
